Terms of Service

1. Free previews and demos

Website previews and concept demos are provided free of charge and without obligation. Demo websites shown on this site are fictional concept demos; they are not client work and no performance results are claimed. A preview is an illustration of a possible design and is not a guarantee of the final website.

2. Ordering and payment

Work starts once you approve a preview and a written proposal that states the plan, price, inclusions and timeline. One-time builds are invoiced as set out in the proposal (typically a deposit on approval and the balance before launch). Monthly plans are billed in advance and, unless the proposal says otherwise, have a minimum term of 12 months, after which they continue month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude taxes, domain registration and any third-party subscriptions you choose.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, images and credentials you have the right to use, and to review and approve work within a reasonable time. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims on your website (for example, licenses, guarantees and prices) and for complying with laws that apply to your business.

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own your domain name, the content you provided, the finished design and the website code we produced for you. We may reuse our underlying tools, components and know-how for other clients. On request we will provide a complete export of your website. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Hosting, care plans and Growth+

Where we host your website, we take reasonable steps to keep it available, secure and backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Care plans and Growth+ include the services described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Content changes are reasonable in volume; large projects are quoted separately.

6. Fix window and support

For 30 days after launch we fix defects in work we delivered at no charge. Requests for new features or changes of scope are quoted separately.

7. No guarantees of results

We build websites to a high standard and follow search-engine guidelines, but search rankings, traffic, leads and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or business outcome.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe breaks the law or these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer guarantees that apply in your country.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel a project before launch; work completed to that point is payable. Monthly plans may be cancelled after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice. We may cancel for non-payment or breach with reasonable notice.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law stated in your proposal or, if none, the law of the jurisdiction in which W4F is established. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions: hello@w4f.com.
